NuLids Guarantee, Returns & Replacements
NuLids offers a 12 month Mechanical Defect Guarantee to all registered devices.
To register your device, email customerservices@the-body-doctor.com with the following information:
- Name and address
- Personal email or telephone number
- Date of purchase
- Location of purchase
- Purchase price
- Serial number (found on device)
A device with a mechanical defect will be replaced with a new device in accordance with our NuLids Returns Policy outlined below:
NuLids Replacement Policy:
In the unlikely event your pre-registered NuLids device develops a mechanical fault, please email:

A return authorisation will be issued and we will arrange a courier collection of the device. Please only return the device, do not include packaging, tips, gel or charger.
The following details are required:
- Name and address
- Personal email or telephone number
- Date of purchase
- Location of purchase
- Purchase price
- Serial number (found on device)
If eligible for replacement, a new NuLids device will be despatched within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the faulty device.
The following cannot be returned for a replacement:
- Devices that are cracked, scratched, or otherwise not in a like-new condition
- Devices that are mechanically modified or devices labelled with a printed label or marker
- Devices with water/liquid damage
Damage to the device by water/liquid penetration is not a mechanical defect and is not covered by the 12 month guarantee, please ensure you only use a viscous gel with your NuLids and do not wash the tips or rinse the device under water.
Purchases not registered with The Body Doctor shall revert to standard Consumer Contracts Regulations or Consumer Rights Act subject to where purchased.
If a device is replaced, the guarantee continues from the date of the original purchase.

A return authorisation will be issued by email together with return address details. We would recommend you return to us via tracked mail. Please keep evidence of the despatch. We cannot be responsible for lost mail.
Devices returned without authorisation may be accepted, but an additional £7 handling fee will be deducted from your refund. Returning a device without authorisation will delay your refund up to 30 days.

The following items must be included in the package you return to us.
- Your NuLids Device
- Your NuLids charger and charging cable
- Your receipt or your packing slip for the original order
Eligible refunds will be issued within 7 days after your package has been received by us and the contents examined. The refund will be issued to the same credit or debit card used to make the original purchase.
Due to the medical nature of the NuLids Soft Tips, we cannot accept a return of the tips supplied with your NuLids device. For this reason, £35 will be deducted from your refund.
The following cannot be returned for a refund:
