QUEENS AWARD FOR INNOVATION WINNERS, 2022
We are delighted to announce that The Body Doctor has won the 2022 Queen’s Award for Enterprise in the Innovation category for our patented antibacterial technology, Sterileyes® 🦠
What is The Queen’s Award for Enterprise?
This award is the most prestigious UK award for outstanding British businesses and organisations in the listed categories:

The winners are then announced each year on the 21st of April, Her Majesty The Queen’s birthday. We won The Queen’s Award in the Innovation category for Sterileyes® which is featured on all of our Eye Doctor hot eye compresses, used for Dry Eye Disease, MGD and Blepharitis.
The Innovation category is aimed at organisations who are either innovative in their methods and practices as a whole, or who have created and developed an innovative product or service.
If an organisation has produced something that’s never been made before by anyone else, or offers a service that is not offered elsewhere, this is an innovation.

Winning The Queen’s Award for Enterprise is a huge achievement for us, not only because it is universally recognised but because it is the most prestigious award in the world that helps to instil trust and enhances our reputation for being market leaders in the world of eyecare and eyelid hygiene.
Back in 2016 The Body Doctor won the Queen’s Award in Innovation for our well-known Eye Doctor Premium hot eye compress, and now winning the award again in 2022 really demonstrates that our vision and mission is at the core of everything we do – which is working passionately to devise and develop innovative solutions that provides the safest, cleanest and most cost-effective treatment available for patients suffering from Dry Eye Disease, MGD and Blepharitis.
